About the roles
We are looking for passionate and experienced candidates who are hardworking and determined to join our Portetta team and who have a high level of spoken French & English.
Applicants must be able to travel and start work in the late November or early December and must be available for the full winter season (approx. end April).
Angela Hartnett has taken to the slopes of Courchevel with ‘Cucina Angelina’, our restaurant within the hotel serving Italian influenced mountain food. The best Italian kitchen specialities with a nod to the local Savoyard cuisine and classic French dishes. Where possible using local produce and a terrific range of meats grilled on an open range within our restaurant.
In addition, we have our popular outdoor terrace bar and restaurant Fire & Ice. Positioned at the bottom of the main piste with a wood fired oven, serving a range of drinks, snacks & great pizzas throughout the day and into Après ski time.

What you need to know...
You will need to provide us with either a European Passport or right to work documentation for France. You will need to be prepared to prove this or obtain the right independently, as we are unable to support visa applicants at the time.
