Serving up a combination of Italian influenced dishes with a nod to the local Savoyard cuisine, our relaxed restaurant is open for all whether you’re staying with us or dropping by!

Fire & Ice

The perfect après ski spot, where you can ski straight from the terrace onto the slopes. The liveliest terrace in Courchevel Moriond, with a wood-fired pizza oven, a buzzy bar, an open fire and flame heaters, relaxed sofa seating, live music afternoons and plenty of ice shots to go around, Fire & Ice is the place to meet and eat throughout the day.

Feel Well

After a day on the slopes, guests can relax, revive and rejuvenate in the Portetta Spa – a space for you to relax or re-energise either pre or post a hard days skiing! Make use of our hammam and sauna before switching off with a Bamford or Oskia body or facial treatment.

History

Portetta has been nestled into the slopes of Courchevel Moriond (1650) for the past 30 years. However, in 2008 it was gutted and rebuilt from scratch, increasing its size and adding to the range of facilities offer.

Here at Portetta, we recognise the importance of the individuals that make up our team. Hospitality Action provide an important service of supporting and assisting all those who work, or have previously worked, in the hospitality industry.

They provide hospitality workers with financial, physical and psychological support to help them overcome adversity, and remain connected and supported by the hospitality community. Whether it be providing grants to those temporarily unable to carry out their roles due to illness or injury, providing support and guidance to those unable to return to the industry that they love, or providing a lifeline to prevent loneliness and isolation of those who have retired from the industry.

Action Against Hunger

Action Against Hunger push for lasting change, working towards building a future free from hunger. The charity trains parents to spot malnutrition early, provides life-saving treatments to those in need, and helps communities recover from conflict, disasters, and climate shocks.

Action Against Hunger works with governments and partners to tackle the root cause of hunger. They provide important support in times of crisis, getting life-saving food to those who need it.

There is enough food to feed everyone on this earth, however poverty, conflict and inequality mean that for 2.83 billion people, food is inaccessible. When children don't have enough food, their brains and bodies suffer. It stops them growing, learning and working, and in turn, traps them in a life of poverty.

Action Against Hunger strives for a future free from hunger, and we are proud supporters of their work here at Portetta.

WaterAid

WaterAid are the largest global, not-for-profit organisation focused solely on providing clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene; all of which we believe should be basic human rights. Unfortunately, not everyone has access to these things, and that is where WaterAid come in. Thanks to them, good hygiene is now a part of everyday life for 27.8 million people.
